 Application:
 Place the rock crystal and hematite chips in a bowl or abalone shell.
 Hematite has a self-cleaning effect and discharges negative energies, while rock crystal has an activating and charging effect.
 Place the item on the stones and let it rest overnight to cleanse and recharge it energetically.
 Tip:
 If used regularly, the application should be repeated once a month. In energetically polluted environments (e.g. electrosmog or stress), more frequent application may be advisable.
 Care of the set:
 The set can be cleaned by running water or full moonlight. Simply place the stones under a dripping faucet in the evening or place them on a windowsill to catch the moonlight.
